Adult:
Per tablet contains diclofenac sodium 50 mg and paracetamol 500 mg. 1 tablet tid. |

Precautions |
Analgesic nephropathy, renal or hepatic impairment, hypertension, cardiac failure, bronchospasm, patients taking diuretics and elderly, lactation. |

Potentially Life-threatening
Adverse Drug Reactions |
GI disturbances, nephrotic syndrome, epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, hepatitis, rash, pruritus, wheezing, bronchospasm, prolonged bleeding time. |

Adverse Drug Reactions |
Bleeding or perforation through peptic ulcer, rarely blood dyscrasia or anaphylaxis, acute renal failure. |

Interactions |
Potentiates potassium-sparing diuretics. Reduced serum levels of salicylates. |
